Welcome to Living Waters Wellness & Vitality / Wellness & Beyond, PC. By using our services, scheduling an appointment, or registering for a class, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Services

We provide CPR, BLS, and AED training courses in partnership with the American Red Cross, along with wellness services including IV nutrient hydration, IM vitamin therapy, and wellness consultations in partnership with Wellness & Beyond, PC. All services are provided by certified or licensed professionals.

2. Payment & Refunds

• CPR/BLS Training Courses:
  Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
  Course fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another class date with at least 48 hours’ notice.
  Students who do not attend without notice will forfeit all fees.
• Wellness Services (IV Nutrient Hydration, IM Vitamin Therapy, Consultations):
  Payment is due in full at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.
  Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance and will incur fee of $75.00
  Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a charge of up to 100% of the service fee.
• Refunds:
  Refunds are not provided for services rendered.
  Exceptions for medical emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the company’s discretion.

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

• Our IV nutrient hydration and wellness services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
• Always consult your physician before receiving IV nutrient hydration or IM vitamin therapy.
• Participation in CPR/BLS training does not guarantee certification unless all course requirements are successfully met.

4. Liability

• By booking a wellness service or training, you acknowledge and accept that participation is at your own risk.
• Neither Living Waters Wellness & Vitality nor Wellness & Beyond, PC shall be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
• For IVNT wellness services, every client must complete a medical intake and may be required to provide physician clearance.

5. Certification & Course Requirements

• CPR/BLS certifications are issued through the American Red Cross upon successful completion of course requirements.
• Students who fail to meet course requirements will not be certified and may need to re-register.

6. Scheduling & Availability

• Class schedules and wellness services are subject to change.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to low enrollment, staffing, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, training materials, and marketing content are the property of Living Waters Wellness & Vitality / Wellness & Beyond, PC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which services are rendered.
